Exchange and Returns

No Refunds or Exchanges because every item it is HANDMADE.

However, If when you receive your item(s) and they do not appear to be in good shape, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact us within three (3) days and describe the problem(s) and/or defect(s) immediately upon receipt. You will be asked to provide photos of the damages you are claiming to be present in your item. Failure to provide photos will only cause delays in resolving the situation at hand. When you, the customer, provide photos of your damaged item(s) we will discuss and come to a decision as to what actions will be taken. If you are requesting that damages be repaired by us (RC), the artist, you will be required to send the item back within one week of receipt along with $8 to cover return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Please do not file a claim or dispute through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us. It is our goal to provide you with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and escalating a situation to such extremes without contacting us first will only result in delays of a conflict resolution.
