What is this store's return and exchange policy?

No Refunds or Exchanges apply because every item it is HANDMADE.

Please, make sure to check our size chart before your purchase.

However, If when you receive your item(s) and they do not appear to be in good shape, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact us and describe the problem(s) and/or defect(s) immediately upon receipt. You will be asked to provide photos of the damages you are claiming to be present in your item. Failure to provide photos will only cause delays in resolving the situation at hand. When you, the customer, provide photos of your damaged item(s) we will discuss and come to a decision as to what actions will be taken. If you are requesting that damages be repaired by us (RC), the artist, you will be required to send the item back within one week of receipt along with $8 to cover return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

Please do not file a claim or dispute through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us. It is our goal to provide you with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and escalating a situation to such extremes without contacting me first will only result in delays of a conflict resolution.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the USA?

Yes, we do.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every product is shipped by USPS. As soon as the product is done, we will ship it within week. After it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number confirmation. 

USA destinations:

  • Priority shipping takes between 2-3 business days,
  • Express shipping takes between 1-2 days.

International destinations:
International customers are responsible for any custom fees charged by their country. Please check the policies of your government as each country has different policies on this matter. I apologize in advance, but I will not mark your package as a gift, nor will I misrepresent the value of the package.

  • First class shipping takes between 15-30 days,
  • Priority shipping takes between 5-10 business days,
  • Express shipping takes between 3-6 business days.

All items are shipped from Houston, Tx and delivery time depends on your location and your post office. 

How is the order process?

Most items are made to order an it takes between 3-4 weeks to finish your product. Orders are created in order they are received, so place your order ahead of time to avoid any delay, but if you need a rush order, contact us. A $20 fee may apply.

Ready to ship items will be shipped within a week.

Do you have a payment plan?

How do I wash my outfit? 

We use high quality four way spandex fabric and it is delicate, so all items need to be hand washed with cold water and hang dry.
