What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Items must be returned in new condition. Any tags, liners, lacing and other components must be intact.

Original packing slip must be included in return package.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs if outside of the US. The amount of shipping for the returned package will be deducted from any awarded store credit or refund (minus a 15% restock fee). 

*Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-negotiable for returns or exchanges.*

If you receive your item and there is a defect, please contact Rolita Couture at customerservice@rolitacouture.com within 3 days of delivery with a detailed description of the defects, order number and photos that show the damage. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return items for store credit or refund minus a 15% restocking fee. You have three (3) days to initiate a return or exchange from the delivery date.  Your return needs to be packed and shipped within three (3) days of making the initiation, in good condition, and with the tags intact and original packing slip.

The store credit balance or refund (minus 15% restocking fee) + (non refundable / non-negotiable shipping cost). will reflect the total cost of the returned items minus the cost of the return shipping.

Please be aware that all made-to-order items are subject to store credit only and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In addition, any shipping costs associated with returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer

Do you accept orders placed outside of the USA?

Yes, we do.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every product is shipped by USPS. As soon as the product is done, we will ship it within 1 - 2 business days. After it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number confirmation. 

USA destinations:

  • First class shipping takes between 2-5 business days,
  • Priority shipping takes between 2-3 business days,
  • Express shipping takes between 1-2 days.

International destinations:
International customers are responsible for any custom fees charged by their country. Please check the policies of your government as each country has different policies on this matter. I apologize in advance, but I will not mark your package as a gift, nor will I misrepresent the value of the package.

All items are shipped from Las Vegas, NV and delivery time depends on your location and your post office. 

How is the order process?

All items not marked as "made to order" will ship the same business day or the next.

Made to order items take between 1-2 weeks to finish.

Orders are created in order they are received, so place your order ahead of time to avoid any delay, but if you need a rush order, contact us. 

Ready to ship items will be shipped within a week.

Do you have a payment plan? 

Yes, we do. Choose Afterpay at the checkout and follow the instructions. Learn more here.

How do I wash my outfit? 

We use high quality four way spandex fabric and it is delicate, so all items need to be hand washed with cold water and hang dry.
